Our restaurant was founded by two friends who wanted to bring a taste of South Philly to Williamstown, NJ. We are passionate about using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create authentic dishes that are both traditional and innovative. From classic pasta dishes to homemade pizzas, we have something for everyone to enjoy.

The name Nicoletta's comes from our owners' wives, both named Nicole. Nicoletta is the Italian translation of Nicole, and we felt it was the perfect name for our business. We believe that food brings people together, and we are committed to providing our guests with an unforgettable dining experience in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
